Find out about sanctuary at the Minster and stories in the ceiling at St Mary’s. Explore these beautiful historic buildings. Compare the two! What can you see that is similar? How are these special places different? Be a detective for the day and use your senses to see, touch, listen and smell. We’ll investigate the buildings and the people who have brought them to life.

This visit includes art and design and writing and is suitable for either KS1 or KS2 pupils.

Full day visit to St Mary’s Church and the Minster.

Maximum one class of children at each site (the visit can accommodate two classes across the two sites).
