Reform, Rebellion, Restoration: on the road

In 2021 our Tudor portrait exhibition goes on a tour of schools around the East Riding.

Sure to inspire and illuminate the study of Tudor history and art across all key stages, the exhibition is available for schools to borrow for free for one week, a fortnight or longer (subject to availability).

The 12 paintings in the exhibition bring this transformative period of English history to life in a vivid and memorable way. Book the exhibition for your school today and give your pupils the chance to look at these captivating characters in the eye. (Please see enquiry form below for bookings.)

An extraordinary opportunity for pupils to see these life-sized reproductions of works in the magnificent Tudor collection of the National Portrait Gallery, including a number of portraits by Holbein.

Whilst the exhibition is at your school, we also offer free talks by video conference – tailored for you and your pupils – with our resident historian Dr Jennie England. Jennie will take your pupils on a journey through Tudor England, telling the stories of these dazzling characters and exploring events which changed the history of England forever.

We deliver, assemble and collect the exhibition. To book it simply contact us using the form below or by by email to [email protected] or by telephone (07941 952 059). We would be delighted to receive and discuss your enquiry.
